An Unspecified Moment After Plot Concerning Two Trainers

Night sat on a metal bench in Ward and smiled before deeply breathing in the rich, deep air that layed all around him. He liked being closer to the mountain, along the parts where mines weren't able to be found, if you could believe that. This meant there were no factories or forges around that the ore in the mountains was brought to, meaning less smoke and clogged air. Though Ward wasn't even really that bad if you compared it to a more polluted place like Orin.

Night took out a few coins, and flicked tthem up and down, summoning a few of his Natrelmon. Among them was Barbessa, his female Xiao that was always lively. She positioned herself on top of his head, being careful with her barbed tail, and jumped up an down. While Night's best buddy, Shining Knight, now a Kaiguard, fell asleep in front of the bench, his shell acting like a foot rest. Curled along the entire bench, was Flabara, whose head was resting on the back of the bench, near Night.

And finally, there was Buzzy, the female Durakacket, who was flying up to some trees that had flowers in them.

Night pretty much had most of his Natrelmon out, and alot of them were pretty good, this might catch the eye of a few trainers.

A few minutes later Isaac and Night had agreed to a battle in four parts, the weakest Natrelmon being used first and the strongest last. He intended to use Bruse, then Grianos, Pendrag, and finally Petal.

Isaac called out the bull, who stamped his foot impatiently, and waited for Night to select the appropriate Natrelmon on his team.

Night smiled and nodded towards Isaac, before hitting his foot down on Kaiguards shell a bit, waking the lethargic creature up. Turning, then moving foward towards the enemy, Kaiguard stopped it's foot on the ground, causing the ground to shake quite a bit. It was now wide awake, and ready to battle with all it's weight and power.

Bruse charged as soon as the Kaiguard started to stir, hooves thundering on the ground. A glint in its eye suggested focus on something. The turtle's turning only caused a very minor tremor, not enough to unbalance the bull. It would reach the turtle very shortly unless impeded in some manner.

Isaac smiled, focusing on his feeble walls, readying them for immediate use. The bull remembered its other fight against a similar Natrelmon. Hopefully the same strategy would produce similar results.

Since it would apparently be there very quickly the bull wouldn't have much time to react. Kaiguard, suddenly stopped its pouding due to the much louder and scarier pounding of the charging bull. Acting on reflex, it tried to stop the threat. Two stone blades formed in front of Bruse, each aiming to stab into its knee on each leg. At the same time, two more Stone Blades popped out of the ground from beneathe Bruse, and were slanted and aimed to stab at the point where its leg met its torso. Then, finally, a last Slab shot out in front of Bruse, aiming for the neck.

Night meanwhile put his hand out foward towards Bruse with a smirk. This was going to be a very interesting battle royale. For some reason, a part of his brain tried to remember if he had beaten the Toran Gym Leader or not, because he couldn't remember if he had the spell Torch....

Stone blades are, as a rule, slow-moving. Even under the best of circumstances, it's no certain matter that they would be able to move quickly enough to give a Natrelmon a difficult time of reaction. In addition, Bruse activated its close quarters ability, reducing its reaction time even further. Having plenty of time to react by that logic, the bull leaped, passing cleanly over the small slabs. Unless something was done, the bull would soon meet the turtle in what would be a devastating attack, given the general momentum gathered, increased power due to the close quarters, and sharp horns...

"Prepare for an assisted leap!" Isaac exclaimed as the Bruse cleared the slabs. He focused intently from the sidelines, readying his feeble walls for last-second placement...

Night abruptly recalled his Kaiguard, and shrugged to Isaac. " I'm just not feeling the battle right now, sorry, though your Bruse should grow a lot from this experience, it looks like it was trained very well, you must be a pretty good at this stuff! Anyway, good luck with your journey, you win this battle. "

And with that, he got up off the bench and started to walk down the roads of Ward. He might run into another trainer along the way, who knows?
